YOGA FLOW with Paulina
I design classes to move your body and calm your mind all at the same time. We will be doing simple, but effective asanas (yoga poses), breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Each class is a chance to strengthen your body and deepen the connection with yourself.
You don’t need to have any experience in yoga or feel good to show up. The goal is to come as you are and experience how your mind settles, as you move consciously.
Every week we will focus on a different theme like stand your ground, go with the flow, find balance etc. and I’ll encourage you to take these qualities with you off the mat.
I create sequences based on Sri Sri Yoga (one of the milder types of yoga), but I use elements of many different movement arts, like Qi gong or intuitive dance. I simply love to move and want to “infect” you with that enthusiasm.
